St. Agnes Church issued the following announcement on Sept. 9.
Saint Agnes Outreach Services has remained open during the pandemic, providing for our neighbors in need according to the Chester County Health Department Guidelines as well as CDC recommendations. We are operating during normal hours of 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. We have modified our procedures to best assure the well being of our, staff, volunteers and guests.
Breakfast and lunch are offered as take-out only, with orders taken at the door. There is no indoor seating available.
Food bank items as well as diapers and formula are also provided at the door.
Advocacy, referral and assistance needs are by scheduled appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 610-429-0697
Educational Support Programs are operating with limited enrollment to assure physical distancing and in accordance with the Chester County Health Department guidelines.
The Nurses Center has reopened with scheduled patient visits only.
Thanksgiving Food Distribution and the Holy Family Christmas Program, as well as Christmas Food Distribution, will be modified to assure physical distancing and contact-less delivery when possible.
We are not yet able to accept used item donations.
Through your prayers and generosity, and by the grace of God, we have been able to continue this essential ministry to those most in need in our community. We thank you for allowing us to be the stewards of your gifts to the poor.
Food donations may be dropped off at the Day Room, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Please check the website for specific needs. Financial donations may be dropped off during business hours or mailed to:
