Our Lady Of The Rosary Church recently issued the following announcement.

The Forty Hours Devotion is aimed at fostering our appreciation, our love and our knowledge of the Blessed Sacrament. It is an opportunity to take some personal inventory of our relationship with Jesus in the Holy Eucharist in our lives, measuring what really counts in life. This devotion is intended to help us grow in our appreciation for the great mystery of Faith that is contained in the Eucharist, and the great love that is displayed for us by Jesus through the Eucharist. 

The price that Jesus paid for our sins was to give his life for us; the gift of life, the life He shares with us each day in the Holy Eucharist. The blessings merited by this devotion benefit you personally, your family and our parish family. 

We all grow closer to the Lord and His loving ways by growing in our love for the Eucharist. To enhance the love you have for your family and the love we all share for Our Lady of the Rosary, we need to pray that we will become more loving in the image of Our Eucharistic Lord, Jesus.
