St. Ignatius Church issued the following announcement on Sept. 6.

As done historically, St. Ignatius Parish is willing to host a Fall flu shot clinic in early October. However, in light of the pandemic and before we finalize a date, we need to know if parishioners are interested in this service this year. In order to schedule the clinic with our provider we will need a minimum of 25 people. If we have the minimum number, we will then schedule a date and appointment times for the flu shot clinic. Anyone interested in participating is asked to call the rectory during regular office hours (9:00 a.m-3:00 p.m.) by Friday, September 18, 2020. The provider is hoping the clinic can be held the weekend of October 10-11, 2020. Once we have a definitive date, more information will be provided to those interested in participating. Medicare recipients are covered at no cost and most other insurances cover the flu vaccine 100%.
