St. Irenaeus Catholic Church recently issued the following announcement.

When:  September 21st-October 14th, 2020                   

Monday & Wednesday 11am-12pm    

Where:  Saint Januarius Church Pavilion    

Instructor: Dr. Jeff Murphy, Fitness Restored    

Cost: $64/person 

Program Description: 4 week program designed to help individuals 60 or older to learn simple and     effective weight training, balance, and mobility exercises using their own bodyweight and tubing. The    tubing will be provided for each participant. Social distance of 6 feet will be maintained during the class, and each participant will have their own equipment. By participating in this program you will become   more confident in becoming more active throughout the day. You will also notice improvements in your           activities of daily living, and you will have more energy to do these activities.    

Registration Information: Registration and payment options can be done online at www.fitnessrestored.com/book-online. Pre-registration and full payment is required at time of registration. Registration ends September 19th, 2020. No refunds will be given unless cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first class. Maximum participants is 15 so register early.
