Our Mother of Perpetual Help issued the following announcement on Sept. 11.

The Educational Improvement  Tax Credit (EITC) Program, offered by the State of Pennsylvania, awards tax credits to eligible businesses and individuals who pay PA state taxes and contribute to qualified organizations. EITC is one of the few opportunities that you  will ever have to direct your tax dollars to education. If you are an individual or if you own a  business paying taxes to the State of Pennsylvania, you may qualify to participate in EITC and receive tax credit for doing so! Use tax dollars to give the gift of education to students at OMPH!   Please consider this valuable program, and check with your tax preparer to see if you (or your business) qualify. $62,000 in EITC Scholarship funds were directed to OMPH for the 2019-2020 school year!
