St. Mary Polish National Catholic Church issued the following announcement on Sept. 13. 

The Installation of Bp. Rafalko takes place on Saturday, Oct. 3 at 10am at All Saints Cathedral in Chicago, IL. It is an open invite: the information is in each monthly newsletter on the inside cover. Invitations are extended to attend the dinner afterward. If you have any questions, please contact Fr.
