Bishop Robert Barron’s newest program for Adult Study

The great sacraments of the Church—Baptism, Confirmation, the Eucharist, Reconciliation, the Anointing of the Sick,

Matrimony, and Holy Orders— have endured for thousands of years and structured countless lives. Everything in the

Church’s life comes from and returns to them. But there is far more to these ancient rites than meets the eye. Bishop

Barron looks at the great sacraments of the Church in all their theological depth, spiritual effects, and pastoral

promise. The Sacraments will help us understand these signs and channels of grace and discover the secret

behind their persistence down the ages: the presence and power of the Savior himself.

Join us each Thursday evening beginning Sept. 17 and continuing for 7 sessions at the Pastoral Center in Clymer at

7:00- 8:30pm. Because of Pandemic restrictions- Participants must register in advance. We will be social distancing

and wearing masks for these sessions. If you cannot attend every session- that’s OK- just come when you can.

Workbooks for the sessions are $25.00. (Checks payable to “Church of the Resurrection”). Please register this week

in order to get your workbook for the first session! No walk-ins accepted.
