St. Angela Church issued the following announcement on Sept. 20.

We will hold our annual Blessing of Animals in the main center parking lot of St. Robert Church on Saturday, October 3 at 1:30 pm. 

We do this in honor of St. Francis of Assisi whose actual feast day is October 4. St. Francis had a great love for animals and all of God’s creation.

 All are welcome to bring their pets for this special blessing. Please remember to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
