Sacred Heart Parish issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.

10 days of prayer, fasting (optional) 

and repentance for America 

September 19 through September 28

 Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Morton

Members of the Evangelization Team of Our Lady of Perpetual Help will be participating in a time of praying and fasting (optional) with thousands of others across the nation for our country’s turning back to God.

We will meet each night from 7-8pm at OLPH Church 2130 Franklin Ave Morton, PA 19070 to say the rosary and other prayers in spirit with thousands across the nation under the exhortation found in 2 2 Chronicles 7:1: “If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
