Bentleyville Main Church recently issued the following announcement.

Saint Katharine Drexel Parish is pleased to offer a Flu Clinic that will be held through Rite Aid Pharmacy for the benefit of our parishioners to be vaccinated with the influenza vaccine.

Adults and children aged three and up are eligible, and the enhanced vaccine will be given to individuals 65 and older. There is no charge as long as you present a valid insurance card.  

If you have Medicare, bring cards for both Part B and Part D if applicable.  Masks are required, and no-touch temperatures will be taken before immunization.

Located at the entrance of both churches are copies of the screening questionnaire should you wish to complete ahead of time, but more forms will be available on-site during the days of the Flu Clinic.
