St. Callistus Catholic Church issued the following announcement on Oct. 25.

There will be a special service of remembering on Monday, November 2nd at 7:00PM in Church. The service will feature the recalling of all those from our parish who died this past year. Candles will be lighted in the deceased honor and a reception will follow the service in the Gathering Space. All are welcome to attend this service since praying for the dead is an important prayer for all Catholics. Another way to remember the beloved deceased is by returning the “All Souls” envelopes with the deceased names on them. These envelopes will be placed near the tabernacle throughout November as a reminder of our prayers for them. Offerings are not necessary.
