Our Lady of the Angels Church issued the following announcement on Nov. 8

Due to the current COVID restrictions and the limited number of Masses, we will be erecting this year’s Giving Tree earlier than normal. The Catholic Community of Bloomfield Food Pantry has once again placed our Angel Tree in both vestibules of St. Maria Goretti Parish – Immaculate Conception and St. Joseph. There are tags on both trees and all information needed is listed on the tag for items to be purchased. Gifts will go to our patrons and their children and the NIC Units of West Penn and Children's Hospitals. Gifts will need to be returned by Dec. 12th and 13th. Your generosity over the past 30 years has been overwhelming.

There are plans to have a Giving Tree at OLA as well and names will be  collected once the children come back to Arsenal and Woolslair Schools.
