St. Bede Church issued the following announcement on Nov. 22.

Monthly Letter Writing will be held next weekend, November 28 and 29. Letters are directed to U.S. Senators one more time seeking a desperately needed COVID-19 relief bill.

 We are asking for the bill to include an increase for the SNAP program (food assistance) and overseas famine. Letters, envelopes and stamps are available as you leave church. Letters are also available on our parish website under our Social Justice and Peace Committee tab. Please use your voice in support of these basic human rights issues
