Here are upcoming Mass times intentions for The Parish of St. John the Evangelist in Girard, PA:

Since Mass intentions for weekend Masses filled very quickly for 2023, we have

instituted new guidelines for requesting intentions.

1. The Mass Intention Book for 2024 will open at 9:00 a.m. on July 5th.

2. Masses will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. No intentions will be

scheduled beyond 2024.

3. The following limits for requests will be implemented to ensure the fair opportunity

for all desiring an intention for a loved one or intercession.

† Weekend Masses

Each donor will be limited to request two weekend Masses per year. Requests

for Holy Days of Obligation will be counted as weekend Masses.

† Weekday Masses

There is no limit to the number of weekday Masses a donor may request. But

after the first five requests, donors are asked to be flexible with dates.

4. If for an unforeseen reason a Mass cancellation occurs, the intention for the Mass

will be rescheduled on the next available opening.
